Candace has been a licensed Real Estate Agent and Residential Property Manager for over 20 years and has been a life-long resident of Brighton/Howell. Her vast knowledge of the Livingston County area makes her a perfect Residential Property Manager for our Howell office, she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to rental rates & sales in the area along with her experience in helping owners with maintenance issues & keeping costs down she has made an excellent member of the Richter team. Chris has been a resident of Oakland & Livingston County for over 30 years. With a passion for property management, she has almost 10 years of experience in multi-family, single family & commercial management. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certificate through NAAEI. After working to protect the assets of many multi-million dollar investments, Chris is excited to work just as hard to protect yours. Bailey has many years’ experience in the office management field, but is excited to start learning the ropes of Real Estate. Bailey came to us last summer as an Administrative Assistant, and is now working her way to becoming a Property Manager. She enjoys working hard, and learning something new each day.

Pat started with our company in October, 2013 as our highly regarded Administrative Assistant! Pat is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and helps out with our leasing activity from time to time. She has a warm and extremely personable way about her, and continues to receive exceptional compliments from everyone that walks through our door! Her responsibilities include making sure our office is running smoothly on a daily basis; she is our "go-to person", we are all happy to have her as a part of our team.

Joe Lawrence is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and has been a member of the Richter and Associates team since 2004.
